THE JOURNEY

In the Beginning: With over 15 years of varied experience as a landscape Architect I've had the privilege of working in the UK, Ireland and the Middles East. Covering a range of projects from research, concept phase, through to completion including environmental conservation, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Longterm Pursuit: In 2005 SPLACES was born; a project that looks at the regeneration and re-appropriation potential of ‘left over’ in-between spaces in the city. It is essentially a project grounded in the everyday. By observing a community's use and relationship to these spaces, an in-depth understanding of site specific needs is acquired.

Current Path: I am currently exploring the world of eco therapy, specifically discovering the positive impact of nature immersion on mental health and PTSD. The objective is to reconnect people to nature (and in turn inspire a sense of responsibility over mind and the natural world) through the medium of movement and mindfulness in nature.
